Core Philosophy of Saiki Minsai Japanese Language School

To cultivate individuals capable of contributing to the local community as members of a society based on coexistence.

・We foster individuals who can leverage their unique personalities and abilities to build a society alongside diverse groups of people and contribute to the local community.

● Objectives as a Japanese Language Education Institution (Realizing a society of coexistence and promoting regional development)

・To serve as a hub for Japanese language education in Saiki City and the southern region of Oita Prefecture.
・To serve as an institution that cultivates the human resources needed to support a society of coexistence.
We provide education that enables students to:
・Be accepted into the local community as members who will help shape the future of Japanese society;
・Learn basic Japanese, communication skills, Japanese culture, and local customs so that everyone—Japanese and non-Japanese alike—can live safely and securely while actively participating in society; and
・Demonstrate their individual capabilities.

● Educational Goals

・To create a richer living and educational environment where everyone associated with the school—whether in the classroom with students of diverse nationalities or through interactions with the local community—respects one another and understands differing values.
・To provide education that allows students to envision a self-reliant life in Japan and clarify their future paths—including higher education and employment—by engaging closely with Japanese society, experiencing local industries, and participating as members of the community.
・To create an environment that fosters lifelong autonomous learning by encouraging students to independently reflect on and adjust their own learning processes as they work toward their goals.
